Physical Activity Program
There is no doubt that physical activity is not only protective relative to the development and progression of chronic disease, but regular physical activity, appropriately and properly performed as one ages can have lasting benefits. The documented benefits and impact to human health of cardiovascular and resistance exercise are numerous to say the least.
However, training is different than exercise and requires a greater degree of detailed planning and effort from the client. When I refer to training, the implication is directed towards a specific formula based upon the methodology of individual Needs Analysis. In this context, physical training can be utilized to alter physiological and mental outcome measures which determine and evaluate improved levels of health and vitality.
The Vitality Project is not concerned about the development and performance of elite athletes. Indeed, the Vitality Training Program attempts to develop your own potential for improved physical, physiological and mental well-being to an extent which exceeds that previously imagined.
The Vitality Training Program is an evidenced-based approach, implying that the process also considers individual need, preference and level of relative comfort.
To simplify, the Vitality Training Program utilizes five key principles.
- Cardio-vascular training.
- Resistance training.
- Flexibility and Core.
I will explain these terms to a greater degree on the Blog Section of the website. In any case, Vitality Training is an important, vital component of the Vitality Project Program, whose purpose and ultimate affect upon individual, client health outcomes is indisputable!
