Welcome to The Vitality Project!
Today is my birthday!
I am 59 years of age today….proud of it.
What did I do today to celebrate my birthday?
7:00 Am. Breakfast (oatmeal, strawberries, raw mixed nuts, 5% cream, coffee)
7:30 Gym, cardio (45 Minutes, weight-training, 30 minutes)
9:30 Home, water the gardens, house cleaning, computer work. Packed my lunch for work (turkey burger, brown rice & peas, soy beans)
1:00 Work, sushi lunch with co-workers.
5:00 Work-out with weights (30 minutes) Pictures taken.
Successful aging really involves how you think rather than what you do.
Your thinking really determines what actions you take…so when you decide to think the proper manner regarding the way in which you age….the rest takes care if itself.
In my case, I wasn’t always this healthy…in point of fact, I was very sick when I was much younger. I discovered the secret to better health and well-being when I was much older….it began after my mom died from cancer at the age of 53.
That changed me forever and really made me look at my own life much differently. It also allowed me to change the manner with which I chose to live the rest of my life.
Now….everything that I do revolves around…..what I am going to do today which will allow myself to be a healthier version of who I am presently.
This premise is a direct product of the way I think…..period!
Here I am at 59!!!
It’s hard work, it’s a commitment and it’s me!
You can all do the same thing…..change your thinking and let yourself experience your own transformation!
It’s time…..it’s your time.
